Overview

Need a mid-volume biochemistry analyzer? XX-200 does 480 tests/hour. It is a bench-top model. Good for hospitals with 200-800 samples per day. Also works for regional labs and contract research labs. Runs routine chemistries and specific protein assays.

It has a dual-reaction-zone optical path. Runs endpoint and kinetic assays in parallel. This cuts turnaround time for mixed test panels. Supports barcoded primary tubes. Phlebotomy samples go straight to the rack. No pre-aliquoting needed.

Dual-Reaction-Zone Design for Mid-Volume Labs

Most bench analyzers use one cuvette train. XX-200 splits reaction path into two zones. Two chemistries incubate and photometer at same time. For mixed panels, scheduler overlaps incubation windows. No queuing.

Run 50 samples with 12 chemistries each. Last result comes earlier. Good for same-day outpatient reports. Helps with emergency department turnaround.

Sample Handling and Volume Range

Sample volume is 2-35 uL. Covers pediatric and geriatric draws. Minimum 2 uL dead-space. Probe can collect serum from a 150 uL pediatric capillary tube after centrifugation.

Photometric Performance

Optical system uses halogen source. Eight wavelengths from 340 to 800 nm. Absorbance linearity up to 3.0 ABS. Photometric repeatability is CV less than 1 percent. Confirm these figures with your QC material during installation.
